I was really afraid at first that it wouldn't turn out nicely. I didn't know what to expect from the result. But it's truly beyond expectations. It's so beautiful and clearly engraved. I'm so happy with it. And the service is so sweet. They sent me a sample first. But I didn't know yet how it would look on the jewelry. But it's really so beautiful.
