What if the bracelet doesn’t fit?

Your bracelet comes with removable links, so you can adjust the fit as you build it. Your charm tool is included, making it easy to remove, swap and rearrange links whenever you like

Can I add more than one pet?

Yes. You can add multiple photo and name charms during personalisation, so every pet can have their place on your bracelet

What kind of photo should I upload?

Choose a clear, well-lit photo where your pet’s face is easy to see. Close-up photos usually work best. You can also check our Photo Guide before uploading

Can I rearrange my charms later?

Absolutely. That’s part of the fun. Your included charm tool lets you swap, move and rearrange your bracelet whenever you feel like changing it
